Hunter,

We've identified two ways in which we believe we can help Amtrak save money.

The first would be addressing their cost of prescription drugs for medicare eligible retirees.
We believe we could save Amtrak around $1,250,000 per year on retiree drug costs.

The other opportunity to help is via an audit of the prescription drug and self-funded medical plans. Our audit programs are done on a contingency basis so Amtrak is assured of finding money or having piece of mind that their plan vendors are performing properly.

I've attached power points that cover the audit and retiree drug programs along with some third party information that validate both programs.

We have a few other items we can share on these opportunities as well. Thanks again.
