I hope you and the family are well. Been a while since we last caught up.

As I think you are aware from the last time we talked, we are just finishing up a fund raise for Rosemont Seneca's own growth equity fund, Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP). So far, RSTP’s largest investment to date has been in a company called Counsyl. You may be familiar with Counsyl, but if not, it is a Silicon Valley company that is using software and robotics to disrupt the clinical genetics testing market place. Their tests are 90% cheaper than the market incumbents while being more accurate and enjoying greater insurance coverage. This all results in better health care for consumers.

I wanted to reach out to you to see if there might be a way to make Counsyl’s tests available at retail to Walmart’s customers.

With the growth of retail healthcare clinics and the commoditization of clinical testing, we believe the retail channel has great growth prospects for Counsyl and would bring their valuable test to a much greater population through retail with a paramount partner such at Walmart. Generic testing is the fastest growing and most profitable growing segment of the clinical testing market. And Counsyl’s test’s attract young mothers and families which are a valuable family shopping demographic for all retailers.
