Also, we will begin a bit earlier because we have to vacate the cafeteria by 4:30 pm. We do have a couple of favors to ask: 1. SFS has generously provided this time to us between 2 other events (middle school dance Friday night and Upper dance on Saturday night) so we have to arrange all of the tables and chairs very early on Saturday morning (8 am) and then break down the tables and chairs at 4:30 so a cleaning crew can get into the cafeteria right away. So, I will need help. I hope I can get as many volunteers as possible at both ends. 2. Then there is the more important need for JUDGES. The tournament was moved to SFS because the prior arrangement would have limited us to 5 teams, which, frankly, was unacceptable. Since we have 12 teams we must have 5 more judges in addition to myself. I would appreciate it if volunteers would notify me as soon as possible so that I can inform the league. So, please let me know if you can volunteer to judge as it is mandatory for us to supply judges in order to participate. Thanks.
