I had coffee w Julia yesterday. They are pumped about Counsyl. I broke the
news that it does not look like we will be able to buy more secondary at
this point. I suggested we lead a primary round at a slight uptick to what
we paid for the secondary--she was receptive and we talked about something
in the $20mm zone. She is going to get sign off on this next week.

I also made a very big ask for the fund. She suggested we do a meeting in
NY with her and the entire investment committee in April.

It would be ideal for us to do the closing dinner in March in SF to have
her meet more of us and deepen the relationship prior to the investment
committee meeting.

Please send some dates when you can be in SF in March and I will confirm it.
