Ms. Bingle previously served as the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) chief for cyber threat analysis, managing and leading all-source cyber intelligence analysis across the defense intelligence enterprise. Prior to the end of Operation Iraqi Freedom, she led the interdisciplinary, integrated analysis and collection function as DIA's Chief of Iraq Intelligence. During Ms. Bingle's military career, she held several distinguished command leadership positions, including the Pacific Air Intelligence Squadron and the 548th Intelligence Group. The 548th provided U-2, Predator, and Global Hawk imagery, signals, and measurement and signatures intelligence to US ground forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. She culminated her military service with a year-long deployment as the Deputy of Strategic Communications and Strategic Effects Strategist and Planner to the Commanding General, Multi-National Force-Iraq. Ms. Bingle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the US Air Force Academy. She completed three master's degrees--Management from Webster University, Airpower Art and Science from the Air University, and National Security Strategy and Policy from the National Defense University. Her awards include the Legion of Merit, two Bronze Stars, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, five Meritorious Service Medals, and two Director of National Intelligence awards. Her publications include, "Information as a Weapon: Reality Versus Promises" and "Civil Military Relations during Coalition Operations in the Balkans."
