Hello All:<br />
I am forwarding an email on behalf of Darren Thompson for information regarding the Winter Lacrosse League.<br />
<p>The winter league will held by the Play Her Sports organization at the Rockville Sportsplex (http://www.playhersports.com/leaguesLacrosse.asp). We have had good success with this league in the past in that the quality of play is comparable to ours and the games are fast-paced and fun. However, the cost of the league has increased a bit to <strong>$225 per player</strong>. The scheduled time of games - typically late afternoon or early evening on Sundays - has allowed for pretty decent attendance by our players. <span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">My one caution from a historical standpoint is that the quality of the <strong>experience is much higher when both teams provide goalies</strong>. </span>The minimum number of players that we need to field a decent team is 10 to 12, plus a goalie(s). Both of my daughters are interested, as a starting point.</p>

<p><span style="color: #1c1c1c;">We are being asked by the league to indicate our level of interest in the next week, so a quick "raising of hands" would be helpful. We will need a response by <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Monday, October 20th to dthompson1993@gmail.com</span></strong>. If this turns out not to be a good option for a sufficient number of our girls, I will look into other options.</span></p>
