Last night, a federal judge ruled Texas’ voter ID law unconstitutional. We are one step closer to making sure voters are not kept away from the polls. This is huge!

Tonight on Hardball, Joaquin will be talking to MSNBC’s Chris Matthews about the discriminatory law and how this ruling is a victory for democracy and all Texans.

With Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott already promising to appeal the ruling, we have to remain vigilant so our taxpayer dollars work towards preserving democracy, not preventing it from happening.
