Dream Team,

FYI below. Troy has seen all of our detailed track record data as well as PPM and references. They want to help us raise the fund. They were recommended to me by DuPont and have a great track record in raising growth equity funds.

This is a testament to our outstanding team, track record and strategy. Also, great job to everyone and thanks for attending the meeting with Suzanne in NY last week. She was clearly impressed.

I will start negotiating fees with her. I suggest we also get a few other third party marketers in the mix before committing to Troy.

Best,

John

If we get through the diligence process and decide to work together I may be able to bring someone from your firm to join me for this session. It is a 5 day industry conference which will be very well attended by U.S. and offshore L.P.s.
