I have been holed up in DC with the World Bank Conference and meetings with Afghanistan's new team and Iraq too. It is all about the money! I met with Alan Bacarese, who is my EU legal counsel and an expert on recovering monies. He was the person I would have used for the 911 Case and the Iranian assets being held by the Swiss. He said he is still ready to seize the Iranian funds based on the judgment obtained by Boies Schiller, and is confident it can be done. I would think if the law firm can pay a retainer amount, I will fly to Geneva, meet with Alan and his team, pay them a base amount and we can see what happens. I'm sure some where around $50k is all that is needed. Of course, we should build in a fee based on success. Let me know if this has any possibilities - the group led by Chris Corpora has terminated.
