Each year, I ask for your continued help with a foundation started in my
father's name, and each year you step up. The foundation has been so
successful--no ALS patient in the region goes without necessary technology
for want of money--that it is being expanded to other places.

This year is different/special, as it's the first one where dad will not be
on the sideline watching all the participants struggle past. As with every
