Enlightenment Capital announced this month the final closing of its first fundraising process with $80 million in assets under management. Enlightenment is a private investment firm based in the Washington, DC area that provides senior debt, mezzanine debt, and minority equity to middle market companies in the Aerospace, Defense & Government (ADG) sector. Enlightenment has been active in the market since 2012 and has made four investments to-date.
