We need to figure out our grading situation. Two issues: 1) splitting the
hunger memos and 2) getting feedback to everyone in time for them to
incorporate lessons into the BP memo.

Here's what I propose:

I'll take Michael, Christopher, Carmen, Nikhil, and Allison (she did the
PEPFAR memo late because of illness). You take Warren, Justin, Hossam, and
Jacob.

Regarding timing, I think we need more time to write up the feedback, so
why don't we push the due date for memo #3 (BP) to March 18 (after GU
spring break). This gives us more time to write up the feedback (we should
aim to have that done by next Friday, latest) and they will have more time
to incorporate what they learned from the feedback they get from their
first memo.

Also, I have attached an example of the written feedback we've given for
the last 2 classes. We can split up these write-ups and it should be no
problem to get everything done by next Friday.
