Hi John, wanted to follow up on the two key items used for prospective
Institutional Investors: the Coverletter and the Executive Summary. These
are typically sent out prior to any PPM or other materials, and used to
highlight the opportunity and determine their level of interest in a
meeting.


Please take a moment to make edits/comment on the Draft Coverletter below
and Exec. Summary, I would like to be able to use a version for confirming
