Thanks, it is not confidential. SE is 66% owned by the Italian utility Enel, which wants to sell its SE stake due to unrelated financial problems. The value of the stake has been estimated by analysts at 2 billion euros. My friends said that the biggest issue with SE is an old Russian nuclear power plant. Because of this, a Russian company and Czech Electric are the current favorites to win the tender, but the Slovaks would prefer an American firm for political and other reasons.
