Dear all,

It gives me great pleasure to share the success story of Bethany Lehr and
to announce her promotion to Assistant Manager in the Spa and Health Club!

Bethany started her Four Seasons journey with us in the summer of 2013.
The past three years, we have seen Bethany's progression and really have
seen her grow in each role that she was in. Prior to her Four Seasons
journey, she has 10 years of experience working in various roles at
different day spas/ salons in her home state of Pennsylvania. Here she
started as a Spa Receptionist and quickly impressed us with her attention
to detail, connectivity with guests and her ability to make them feel
special.
In the spring of 2015, she was promoted to Spa Supervisor and her duties
were extended.
Last summer, she also helped out at Four Seasons Baltimore for a week when
they needed additional assistance.

During Carolina's extended maternity leave, Bethany was one of our go to
people and was 'leading the department' during my off days, and did a
fantastic job impressing many on our team and within the hotel.
In her free time, Bethany enjoys exploring museums and the restaurant life
that DC has to offer.

Bethany's first day in her new role will be this coming Monday, August
15th. Two weeks from now she will head down to Palm Beach to get cross
exposure and training with the Senior Spa Director at our Four Seasons
resport there. .

Please join me in congratulating her when you see her and wishing her good
luck in her new role!

Thanks
Julia
