Good call with Landmark. John did a nice job on updating where we are.
Landmark wants to do the deal, they just want us to help them build an iron
clad case so our sponsor does not get decapitated - he's a Principal in the
firm trying to make Partner, and he is on track to do so based on the deals
he has done this year. So getting in a strong co-investor or having us step
up with a bigger GP commitment gets it done.


And we are on the hook for a $2m min GP commitment of which $500k is
commitment from RSTPI LPs. We need to go get the remaining $1.5m or more in
the next 1-2 weeks.
