have been retained by a privately held real development and asset management company located in the Pacific
Northwest to find a Chief Financial Officer. We are looking for someone with 20 years overall experience in real estate, with the majority spent in a senior financial role with a clear capital markets orientation. Ideally, this person will have been a successful financial or investment executive of a well-respected, growing real estate development and asset management company. </font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-align: justify;"><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"><br></font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-align: justify;"><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">The CFO
will bring a strategic, high level view of investment management and capital
allocation while also diving deep into specific financings and deal structures
to maximize the use of Company leverage. The CFO will be a key member of
the Executive Management team and report directly to the Chief Executive
