September, 2016 at Hyatt Hotel, Suzhou, China. We will review and discuss
the business progress of first half year and other issues. The meeting
arrangement as follow:

渤海华美第9次董事会已定于2016年9月20日-22日，在中国苏州凯悦酒店召开，会期三
天。董事会主要内容是汇报上半年公司业务、公司发展等有关事项。会议日程安排如
下：


* 19th September Meeting Guest Sign-in at Hyatt Hotel, Suzhou

(Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Pick-up)

9月19日 到达苏州凯悦酒店并签到（公司安排上海虹桥机场接机）


* 20th September（9:30AM-17:30PM） Board Meeting

9月20日（9:30AM-17:30PM） 董事会会议


* 21st- 22nd September Tour historic and scenic spots

9月21日- 9月22日 安排苏州市内和f直古镇参观

later. If any director is unable to attend the meeting, please issue a
letter of authorization to appoint a proxy. Thank you.
