*To: Members of the Chairman's Council* *From: Ken Wollack and Jerry Hartz* *Re: The International Leaders Forum at the DNC* The International Leaders Forum, led by Chairman Madeleine Albright, during the Democratic National Convention was a success on a number of levels. Our nearly 400 international guests praised the 10 high-level panel discussions, which included an all star cast of pollsters, political analysts, current and former elected officials, journalists and academics. The program also included three receptions, a well-attended luncheon honoring Geraldine Ferraro and a closing luncheon event featuring Senator Chris Coons, who delivered a stirring speech on international relations. The ILF participants felt as though they had a front row seat in observing the U.S. political process. The panelists themselves were excited to participate, and two of them (Kathleen Parker and Jonathan Capehart) used their experience at the ILF to write op ed pieces which mentioned NDI and ILF participant questions. NDI also reached new heights in the press and on social media during the ILF. We had over *100 unique media requests *from domestic and international journalists. We were referenced in *The Washington Post, The New York Times, Politico, Foreign Policy*, and in an abundance of smaller news outlets around the world. We also reached over *5.4 million twitter users* who had eyes on our tweets, and potentially as many 13.8 million who had NDI tweets in their feeds. Attached please find the agenda for the ILF panels, and a full report with reaction from our panelists and a summary of our reach in terms of both traditional and social media. We appreciate all your support.
