<p>If Russell Pearce and Jan Brewer were to join forces with the debt collectors and credit card companies to put the screws on middle class families, would you join them?</p>

Or, would you stand with consumer groups to oppose what state Rep. Debbie McCune-Davis said was nothing more than a “full employment act for collections attorneys”?<br>

Last year, every Democrat in the Legislature was faced with that choice – and every single one chose to do what was right.<br>

Except one. Kyrsten Sinema.<br>
<p>That’s right – <strong>Kyrsten Sinema was the only Democrat in the Legislature who partnered with Russell Pearce and Jan Brewer by sponsoring legislation to give debt collectors and credit card companies an unfair advantage over low-income families.</strong></p>
Even worse, just after Brewer signed Sinema’s bill into law, the very lobbyist who pushed for it hosted a big fundraiser for Sinema’s campaign. <br>
<p>We can do better than that, can't we?</p>

With Elizabeth Warren, Andrei began the push for the consumer watchdog agency to take on the Big Banks and credit card companies. And as an Assistant Attorney General, he worked with Terry Goddard to put financial fraud artists where they belong: behind bars. <br>
