All,

Pantheon received investment committee approval today to invest $25mm in
OSI thru our RSTP vehicle. The approval is subject to finalizing reference
checks and was as successful documentation of the deal.

Just a heads up they they will be calling all the references. They have
already called most of mine. Please be sure to give your references a heads
up that Pantheon (Likely Don Sechler, Nate Floyd or Matt Jones) will be
calling and brief them on the situation.
