Thanks Eric. John, it is a pleasure to meet you via email. My expertise for the last 30 years has been tracing monies to warlords, terrorists and any other unjust recipient. The Charles Taylor conviction was very rewarding for me as I was the finance expert for the Liberia Sanctions and am leading the mandate to recover ill-gotten monies during the Taylor regime on behalf of Madam Sirleaf. I have a great deal of respect from past Generals in Afghanistan where I have worked for the past two years and they will support my credentials before Africom. Monrovia could be our beach head for tracing the monies and seizing the assets, on behalf of Liberia and to stop the money that supports the terrorist movement into Mali. I have proven it very successful and it can be done. It will require a financial ops type task force, similar to Task Force 2010 in Afghanistan. But, it is doable. I hope we can discuss further.
