THE TM® PROGRAM
[Picture of female student, with eyes closed, meditating - Send your favorite student back to school with a better-functioning brain]

With school starting soon, it’s a great time to let the students within your circle of family and friends learn more about the TM® technique.

If you have already learned the TM technique you may want to join us this weekend for a meditation refresher session. Click here for the schedule: Calendar

Here are a few helpful points:

Reducing stress leads to more coherent brain functioning, and this translates into increased intelligence and improved learning ability.

Research shows that alcohol, drugs, stress, and sleep deprivation physically change the brain, making it harder to focus, process information, and remember important things. According to published neuroimaging studies, TM practice does the exact opposite.

By strengthening the circuits in the brain responsible for decision-making and executive functions, TM promotes the experience of more clarity and balance—even under stress. Studies also show TM practice leads to increased learning ability, growth of intelligence, and higher levels of creativity.
