Had coffee with Kimball this AM. She is going to get a block of condos in Charlotte and was going to ask for a bulk discount and asked if we wanted one from her block. I still think it makes sense to have at least one two bedroom condo as a backup, don't you? She thought it'd be about $500 a night for seven nights. I told her to see what it cost. What do you think? I think just even as a separate base of operations (or a place to escape) it could make sense. Eric D.
