1. Memo to Ertharin Cousin from you, Bonnie and me describing the issues discussed/next steps agreed upon at our meeting last week; and

2. Letter to Caryl Stern, CEO of the US Fund for UNICEF, thanking her for the guidance provided and asking for continued assistance in developing the WFP-WFP USA MOU.
