Mike, First of all, nobody will contact John again. Secondly, the "problem" might be partially mine. Yes, Jeff from Grandstand Sports did speak with John and did offer to sell John the item for John's "losing" bid. And, yes, there was supposed to be a further conversation. Jeff sent over a list of individuals who have paid for their merchandise and another list labeled "PENDING". I viewed that as meaning item won and not paid. Where Jeff screwed up was he should not have included John in the "PENDING" list, and where I screwed up was the interpretation of what "pending" means. I certainly apologize and would be more than happy to call John and apologize, in order to keep him happy and coming back with a busload of guys next year. You tell me how you would like to proceed and I will follow your direction.
