SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Shares of Proofpoint Inc.

+20.00% were up 20% Friday as the on-demand network security company began
trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The initial public offering
priced at $13 a share, above its proposed range of $10 to $12. The IPO
opened at $16.85.
