I met w the VP 10 days ago -- and he asked me to prepare a summary of objectives for the Biden Strategy Group. After meeting w Steve and Bruce yesterday to review a preliminary draft, attached are the revised objectives to help give us structure/strategic viewpoint for the next seven months. This memo is more about process than strategy -- which is appropriate. The more order and organization we create, the more likely it will be that creative strategic ideas will emerge. I remain very confident that we can have an exceptionally successful outreach program. And based on our TH meeting, Steve and Bruce concur.
