Dear Senior Parents,

Thank you to all of you who have confirmed or tried to reschedule
appointments given such short notice. We are trying our best to
accommodate our seniors busy schedules, particularly mindful of those
who are still in process of selecting schools. To help us with the
scheduling, a sign-up sheet is now available online. For those who
have confirmed, please make sure your appointment time is correct.
For those of you who have not responded yet, please go directly to the
online schedule and sign-up for an appointment. Instructions on how
to sign up are available below. But, feel to free to email me if you
are having difficulties accessing the sign-up sheet, I'll do my best
to help.


Again, we thank you all for trying your best to fit into this tight
schedule, particularly under such short notice. We will try to offer
a third day for those students who cannot make it on either days, but
we don't know when.


Here is the instruction on how to sign up

(1) Click http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E094EACA82DA31-photo1
(2) Click Sign up on any available slot.
(3) Choose I don’t want an account. Otherwise, the default is for
you to create an account with your name, email etc.
(4) Enter your name at the bottom (not in the comment field) and
click SIGN UP. You are done.

Subject: SFS 12th grade parents: Senior Celebration Photos


Dear 12th Grade Parents,
In conclusion to the Senior Celebration on June 2, we would like to
offer our parting seniors two professional photographs. A formal
picture will be presented in a frame, and a casual picture will be
used as part of the senior quilt project which will be taken apart at
the end of our celebration.

We are attaching your child’s scheduled appointments with the
professional photographer, Debario Fleming, who will take FORMAL and
CASUAL pictures of each child on April 14 and April 29. To ensure
that all 124 seniors are included and to facilitate the project, we
ask that you kindly make sure your child shows up on time to the
appointment and appropriately dressed. Please let us know as soon as
possible if you have a conflict with the proposed schedule. We will
try our best to reschedule your appointment. The ‘formal’ photo is a
nicer top that your child might not normally wear. It is up to you
and your child to decide, but again, we suggest, something he/she
might not wear every day. Both photos will be more of a ‘head shot’
type portrait, not a full frame.

Dates: April 14 or April 29
Time: See attached scheduled
Where: Sidwell HS Senior Center

Dress: Come to your appointment dressed in your formal outfit as
FORMAL pictures will be taken first. Bring a casual shirt/top so that
you can change quickly and switch to your CASUAL photographs.
Remember, we are just talking about a head shot/top of the body shot.

Confirmation: Parents, please email us by End of Day April 12 at
egoirand@aol.com to confirm or reschedule your child’s appointment.

Alternatively, you may contact someone on the list if you would like
to swap times, but keep us informed of your arrangements before April
12. We will confirm your child’s appointment for Saturday April 14
before this upcoming Friday. Again, we ask that you make every
attempt possible to stick to the schedule, and that you make sure
child comes on time.

The photographer will select your child best shots for the June 2nd
celebration projects. Pictures will also be available if you would
like to order some directly from Debario. We are exploring a few
options to give you the opportunity to take family portraits on the
June 2nd celebration. More information will be sent later on that.

We thank you in advance for your critical help in making sure your
child comes to his/her appointment ON TIME and with the PROPER ATTIRE.

URGENT CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS –YOUR HELP IS NEEDED to organize and
coordinate the portraits schedule. Please contact egoirand@aol.com if
you can volunteer a few hours on either April 14 or 29th and to
coordinate scheduling.
