Gentlemen: In preparation for Tuesday’s board meeting, attached please find copies of the conflict of interest disclosures which have been completed by each manager who is also directly employed by Eudora. Going forward, we will ask each employed manager to update the disclosure annually prior to the third quarterly board meeting (I’ll circulate new forms prior to the October meeting this year and again each year going forward). The attached are being circulated your review, as we plan to approve the disclosures for acceptance by the company at the upcoming meeting. Thank you to everyone who completed the form.
