Dear NMNS Board members,
We received news yesterday that Tim O'Shaughnessy died on Tuesday in Notre Dame, IN after a long illness.
Though it has been a while since Tim served actively on our board, he and his family contributed mightily to our early years as a Network and were very instrumental in building the professional community that our schools now enjoy with each other.
May he rest in peace.

Dear NMNS Board colleagues:

I'm writing to update you on our meeting in Chicago on Monday and Tuesday of this week and to lay out next steps. We had a very productive series of sessions, with the assistance of legal and communications counsel, and are on track for the direction outlined in the Board conference call on April 16. We are using the balance of this week to square away legal and communication plans, and want to plan a full Board conference call on Monday, April 30, at 11 am EDT to present formal recommendations to the Board for action.
