Hunter, I'm going to try your cell a bit after 2 in hopes we can connect for a quick call. I am working on a deal that I think is a perfect fit for you guys, and we have a big meeting Monday with some other potential partners. We are aiming to acquire the newspaper assets of a public company that is much better off as a pure-play TV company. They just began a formal sale process, and we believe that we are the only ones with the interest and capacity to buy all of the papers (vs. picking off one or two).
