R. Hunter -- Right now in the Sahel, there are 9,157 more women and young children receiving nutritious food for the next 100 days thanks to donations made by our online community. Thatâs 9,157 more people who wonât go to bed hungry. With your help, I think we can do more. The Dutch National Postcode Lottery agrees. Seven months pregnant when she fled conflict and drought in her village in Mali, she says that back home âthe markets are empty and there is no more food in the shops.â Now, receiving WFPâs specially fortified food for pregnant and nursing mothers, she and her new baby have a chance.
