To echo LT Moore's comments, please make sure you are finalizing your AT requests for this year and if you want E-AT, use the form he sent. This has to be done IMMEDIATELY. To keep track of who is going where and how much AT/E-AT we plan to use, I'm asking all unit members to respond to me by EOD (1700 CST) MONDAY FEBRUARY 17, with the following: 1) Verification of their expected AT: Include Dates, Exercise name (if there is one), number of days. 2) if you want E-AT: Include Dates, Exercise or effort name, number of days 3) CONFIRMATION you have entered your AT Request in NROWS 4) CONFIRMATION that your NROWS orders have been APPROVED. NOTE: The attached spreadsheet is the latest information captured by MCC Duncan when the request for AT information and detail went out previously. Please review this for accuracy as this is THE SOURCE for this information and is what we use to communicate up our chain about what we are doing when. If it is accurate, please respond that it is accurate and add the few other pieces of data requested. If not, please all the correct details. FYSA: RESFOR is really putting effort to finding out exactly what we are doing and when. The wealth of emails we have received lately asking for more and more detailed information is proof of that. To help us all keep track, feel free to use this template for keeping track of drills, ATs, etc. I use it myself just to keep track of my drills and also any other effort outside of drills (like taking 30 min and writing this email) that I expend on behalf of the Navy. * Note: We can request ATPs for time spent outside of drills, but those have to be justified. This spreadsheet is a great way to keep track of that. Everyone is doing EXCEPTIONAL work and many of us (myself included) are still getting our arms around our specific roles.
