Great seeing you all in NY and DC this week. We are on our way to building
the world's best growth equity firm.

I just got off the Counsyl Q4 update call and they continue to crush it.
Update is below:

$48.3mm revenues in 2013

Forecasting $88mm to $100mm for 2014

Grew salesforce from 30 to 60 people last year. Growing salesforce to 100
people in 2014

International expansion. hiring someone this month. Will determine what
markets to enter in Q1/Q2.

Plan to complete CFO hire by end of Q1.

Spring marketing relaunch and new website in May. Likely large growth
equity round in 2h 2014, IPO in 2015

33k requisitions in Q4 which was 7% QoQ growth

Introduced breast cancer (BRCA) test last year. 5k BRCA tests by Q4 2014

Expanding into hereditary cancer testing as well as newborn screening.
Timing of hereditary cancer test introduction is Q1 2015.

There is an in person board meeting next week and I will send a further
update then.
