Arcenio,

Thanks for everything last week in Colombia. I felt it was a productive set up meetings and that we were able to come up with a clear set of next steps. Below for both of our reference I have recapped the next steps, please let me know if I am missing anything.

1. Jorge and you will meet DNP (the planning ministry) to get the list of priority projects

2. Samsung will analyze the priority list to determine if there is one project or a combination of several projects on the list (both in the security and communication sector) that could eligible for and add up to the approximately $100 mln USDs available from Korea

3. Upon identifying a project a team of engineers will be sent to Colombia by Samsung to develop the feasibility studies

4. Jorge and you will meet with the technology director at the National Police to get more information about the $25 mln USDs video surveillance project. We can then propose that a technology consulting company from Korea could come to Colombia to help them design the project, provide advice on technologies to use, and give advice on preparing the bid document (free of charge to the Colombia government)
