p. John Tierney is Right!

Today, he sent out an urgent appeal to Democrats titled: “not a playground”. He says Speaker Boehner is “obsessed with winning Massachusetts’ 6th District.”

On this, the Congressman could not be more correct. But how is it possible that the Speaker thinks he can turn “our corner of Massachusetts” in the bluest of blue states “into a Tea Party playground"?

It’s because Congressman Tierney is vulnerable, and his 16 years in Congress, unproductive. Just 16 months ago - with President Obama and then candidate Elizabeth Warren on the ballot to help boost turnout - John Tierney could only barely squeak out a win. Now, Speaker Boehner and the Tea Party are back to finish the job.

Seth Moulton is the strongest Democrat in the race, and he won't let this seat turn into a Tea Party playground.

So while John Tierney says the way to stop Republicans is to donate $3 to him, I respectfully disagree. The way to stop him is to elect Seth and to send a new generation of leadership to Washington.
