Harry- In addition to the earlier email I sent you on Samsung, while he was down in Bogota, John had the chance to meet with OAS too. We had been in a little of a holding pattern with them as we were finalizing contract terms but they have agreed to the language and success fee percentages that you suggested to us although we will have to sign separate agreements for each project we decide to pursue. Below are the four projects they are focused on for now but if we have additional projects (such as ports) that we would like to add to the list we should. A couple of them need a little more information and specifics which we are getting from OAS. We'd like to get them some feedback on how helpful we can be on the below projects and ultimately get them some advice on strategy. Before we get back to OAS perhaps we could set up a quick call just amongst us to discuss the list at some point? Thanks, Eric OAS - OAS has identified 4 project they feel are focus projects for them that they want to see if we can help position them to win (additionally they are open to projects we find and propose to them) 1. Auto Pista de la Prosperida - $10 bln USDs, a portion if which they feel will be put out for bid this year - Under the Minister of Transport and managed by ANI - Frederico Restrepo (former EPM manager) has been made the manager of this project for ANI. He reports to Luis Andrade 2. Bogota Subway ($4-5 bln USDs) - They want to start getting more intelligence about this project. Will it be the city of Bogota who is overseeing it or the federal government. They've gotten mixed reports 3. 4th Generation of Concessions (highway concessions) - The engineering/banking consortiums have submitted proposals that are being reviewed 4. EcoPetrol Refineries Project - 4 companies have been shortlisted for one project and OAS would like to see if they can be teamed with one of them. They would like to find out who EcoPetrol feels is a strong company and see how to team with them Eric D.
