We need the indemnification language, that protects us as well. It's month to month, not three months. I would have loved your feedback earlier, but i think we are too far down the road. And in the first month, I don't think we need a lot of input form RSP other than coming up with a list of prospects which should take a few hours. We need to write a deck, develop an out reach strategy, etc in the first month.
