1. Mexico Burisma connection. We should move on this fast.
2. KZ Burisma- we should schedule KZ visit following board mtg in Kiev- and possibly bring PP for added fire power.
3. What top notch legit players are out there from the US side that we can partner with. We need serious financing partner and I think additional known entities besides Schlum and Halib. I have no idea who these players are but we should find out and have discussions prior to Kiev.
4. I'm going to task BSF with putting together a corporate growth strategy and a risk analysis paper detailing the current state of play and how Nick can inoculate himself from the vultures and protect his options regardless of election scenario and what follows. I'll also have them detail what the US is thinking by way of policy that may effect his interests. I think that would be a good introduction to our value at next board mtg.
5. We need to have plan for Alex's cut.
6. If we aren't funding this round of BHR we should extend an olive branch and do a quick trip to Beijing.
7. I'm certain QIA wants to play with us- thus we should have two deals ready to go for our visit t Doha. One RR and two Counsly. Hopefully we will get follow one for both funds.
8. What can we deliver to our KZ friends prior to our trip that ensures we are signing deals and not just more talk.
9. Putting together that elite group we keep talking about should be discussed and a plan put in place in week or so. You, Me, Cooper, Miguel, Jonathan, Micha?, Kenes, UAE/ Qatar?, Vietnam?, Your Tiger Buddy?, Chris? And a Norwegian. Three topics: Energy, Tech Transfer, Banking/ Finance. Need to decide on location, funding and deliverables.
10. Now is the time to prepare for a Burnham takeover of RSPI. If they get recapitalization we need to be ready to move so it's off our plate and operating out of a much larger structure. This could include the acquisition of RS Advisors as well.
11. Even if the Chelsea deal doesn't happen we should ask Yelena to fund a short term development team to scope projects. We are not going to have time to do it, but if we had your guy and maybe a helper they would be motivated. All funding could be recouped out of first deal we close.
12. We have to close the loop on AW with Ido.
13. All that being said we need to spend an afternoon plotting schedule for next three months before events overwhelm us/ me.
