Hi Rob,
I also wanted to follow up with you on whether you had any luck with connecting us to Gayle Smith. Could you please let me know?
Thanks so much!
Carol

Hi Eric,

Just wanted to let you know that I reached out to Evan and her assistant last week, and James and I will be meeting with her soon. Good to know on her alumni program—will help us come up with some potential ideas to bring to the meeting. I will keep you posted on how the meeting goes.

Thanks,
Amy

Update as it relates to Evan Ryan at State. I met with her last week and she is happy to meet with you guys. She thought there might be an application as it relates to them trying to keep in touch with the alumni from their programs and evaluate how the programs have affected them.

She is also happy to make intros to Melanne or to Vital Voices. Feel free to ask her about that when you see her.

You should contact her directly and copy her assistant Jordan Fox. Remind her that I told you to contact her.

Evan is at ryane2@state.gov<mailto:ryane2@state.gov> and Jordan is at foxjl1@state.gov<mailto:foxjl1@state.gov>.

Let us know if you have any trouble connecting.

Best,

Eric

Hunter, Rob, and Eric -

Thanks again for stopping by last Friday. We appreciate you taking the time out of your schedules to walk through all the different potential GeoPoll applications. We are excited about the future of GeoPoll and your support is invaluable.

Regarding next steps, attached you will find an excel sheet with a list of folks we discussed in the meeting. These are somewhat prioritized from our perspective, but open to any additional feedback you may have. In the short term:

- I will be sending a separate email to Hunter regarding Valerie Guarnieri at WFP to potentially meet when James and I are in Kenya next week
- We are keen to move ahead in the commercial space
- We’d love to all get together when Ben gets settled in to discuss other potential applications

I look forward to your feedback and if you ever need to book a meeting or need something urgently feel free to reach out to me or James.

Very best,
Matthieu
