Last summer, Rep. Steve King caught a lot of heat for saying some truly offensive things about immigrants. He told a reporter that for every "valedictorian there are another 100...that have calves the size of cantaloupes" from carrying drugs into this country.

Unfortunately, we've come to expect that it gets worse. And it does...this week he doubled down on his comments, refusing to apologize and even going so far to say that what he said was true.

Steve King won't back down from his comments and we need to let him know that we won't back away from continuing to hold him accountable.

Even the leadership of his own party held a press conference to distance themselves from these comments. Iowa can't afford to have such an out-of-touch Representative in Congress.
