Dear Member,

I am writing to alert you that starting on Monday August 15th for the
entire week a half of our drive way will be closed for emergency repair
work. The incoming lane and entrance ramp will be closed and a barrier
will be placed across the front drive entrance preventing any incoming
traffic. Incoming traffic will be directed to the outgoing lane to gain
access for the duration of the repairs.
As this unusual traffic flow and loss of half the space can create
congestion and delays, please calculate additional time to arrive to the
hotel for any appointments.
We are anticipating this work to be done by Saturday August 20th but I
will follow up with another email if there are any changes to this plan.

We apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause and thank
you for your patience.
