Dear Members of the Executive Committee,

In preparation for our call on Monday, attached are several documents that describe our current financial status and overall revenue projections. As described within these documents:

* Revenue: During the first two quarters we generated a total of $8,154,662 against projected revenue of $8,306,792 ($152K short of goal). We had projected to receive $4 million from Cargill in the second quarter but received $1 million. It is likely that we will secure the remaining $3 million before the end of the year.

* Expenses: Expenses are tracking projections and we expect to end the year just under the approved budget.
