See what you think. If you think it makes sense I had the payment of the $220,000 be in eight quarterly payments of $27,500 each. With the first payment being $27,500 instead of $30,000. Math was cleaner but can easily do $30K and then the remaining $190,000 over some number of payments. I think $27,500 a quarter is manageable for them. Also, I don’t think we need this but if they were to agree to this I am fine with allowing them to keep me in the pitch materials until the closing of RSTP II as long as I am removed upon closing of RSTP II. Don’t think we need to put this in an agreement but just another point as to why a $220,000 payment. Wasn’t sure if the $220K should go to RSP or Skaneateles. Also wasn’t sure if we want to say Gunderson shouldn’t be paid out of the fund or we should have $ for our own Counsel - probably picky. Eric D.
