Greetings parents,


Preparation for the April 26 Confirmation retreat is underway. In order to
make this all possible, I am in need of some assistance. If you can help
me with any of the following, please e-mail me.


*1. banner*
Tasks: Buying red felt and tassels. Cutting felt for banners, sewing
banners - sewing machine needed.


*When? *At your convenience. Banners need to be returned to me by Sunday,
April 19.


*2. Palanca/Tshirt organization and distribution: *

Tasks: Organizing palanca into alpha order/group order and placing and
putting them into personalized bags for each candidate.


*Where?* Parish Center library

*When? *Thursday, April 16 or April 23 10am-12pm


*3. DAY OF RETREAT VOLUNTEER*

Tasks: Helping Justine behind the scenes with setup and cleanup for large
group activities (i.e. room set-up for banner making and other large group
activities, distribution of palanca letters, and t-shirts, cafeteria
monitoring)


*Where?* Bishop Claggett Center (3035 Buckeystown Pike, Adamstown, MD 21710)

*When?* Sunday April 26 from 8am-4pm

*4. POTLUCK COORDINATOR *

When the candidates return from the retreat, there will be a welcome back
surprise celebration for them at around 5:15pm.

Tasks:

· Announcing the potluck at the March 25 parent session. Sending
out an e-mail to ALL Confirmation parents about the potluck

- Recruiting and leading a setup and cleanup crew (set up will begin at
4:45 and then clean-up will finish by 6:30pm)
- Being the main contact on the day of the potluck as parents drop off
the food
- Creating a signup (on signupgenius.com

so parents can bring food, purchase paper products, and décor for potluck

*Where?* McKenna Hall at Holy Trinity

*When?* Sunday, April 26 from 4:45pm-7pm
