A few notes to go with the drawings, which generally go in order of economy: First image is the Existing Basement Plan Second is Scheme A1 and this keeps the bath plumbing and structural pipe columns as is. Third is A2 keeping the bath plumbing as is but moving two columns. Also shows making a door between the Laundry and outdoor storage (storage could also be divided with a wall to separate the inside/outside storage) Fourth is C moving the bath but keeping the columns. This has the nicest connection between rooms. Also shows a larger porch area. Please note that the column is out in the bedroom space (could be moved). Fifth is D which is similar to C but shows moving the HVAC. Note that the HVAC could be moved in all the schemes to similar effect. I look forward to your comments and remain available to review this with you, thanks, Dale Dale Overmyer AIA Principal O V E R M Y E R A R C H I T E C T S 3213 P Street NW Washington, DC 20007 202 333 5596 x111 www.overmyerarchitects.com
