Nice to speak with you the other day.

Attached are the updated numbers for initial investment and distributions to date from Aleman. We're working on the analysis for summit and hope to send by the weekend to you. We'll run it at $3 million and $2.5. Our current projections do have Atlanta making a profit over time, though it's quite likely distributions are reduced to zero this year and if so aren't likely to increase for a number of years. Thus, would think of that investment with a range of ultimate return on sale, which we'll give you a sense of as well. Hopefully a few days is ok.
