Just as a reminder, your National Penn mortgage is your second. You first is with Chase.

If you are thinking of refinancing you may 1) want to consider refinancing both the first and the second with one bank and 2) may want to consider calling Edward and having Wells Fargo give you a quote or even checking with George Connors and seeing if he would do it (I think WFB may not do it because it is too large).

You really have no allegiance to National Penn so unless they are giving you a great rate you may be able to do better elsewhere.
