Jim Doyle called and asked if we would talk to a Sidwell parent who has an energy project he’s looking for an investor in. The guys name is Bob Mitchell and his sons are Nick (a great tennis player, maybe?) and Jacob and are no longer at Sidwell. Mitchell heard that we invest in projects in the $5m range (must have heard of RSTP). Jim speaks highly of the guy and says he’s legit (also involved in a wind energy project with Google). Jim told him he’d connect him with me and I can go ahead and talk to the guy/meet with him and see if there is anything we can do to help. That OK? Just want to be cognizant of Sidwell politics before I do anything. Clearly since it is energy it isn’t RSTP but maybe we can help through the BD.
